Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SKO Beauty Tracker mobile application (the "App") operated by Irina Yarochkina ("we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the App.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

2. User-Generated Content

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the App.

By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the App, solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's services to you and other users.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, and you are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Your card is linked to your Apple ID, and we do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Auto-Renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful Content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Irina Yarochkina.
